1.The toolbar at top shows different windows available.  Configuration options can be expanded to show the ability to manage departments, retention schedules, users and holidays.  Another function available as a toolbar option is reports.  You are able to customize reports in several output formats allowing you to work with data in other applications if needed. 

2.The icons under the search bar allow you to add items to your cart for order, add items to a work list for disposal list creation, and check scheduled dates for delivery, along with other options. 

3.There are many customizable fields that allow you to organize your media for easy identification of the materials you need to have retrieved.  There have been many instances where we’ve had to search in multiple boxes looking for a file, or the customer is never able to identify the box it’s in because of inadequate record keeping of the boxes contents.  Our database is searchable on many levels, including full text searches.

4. Not shown on this page is a tape scheduler and history table.
